Before you bring it in
- Stop using the device.
- Don't open the hard drive or put it in the freezer.
- Don't run recovery software on the damaged drive.
- Don't power on a drive that makes noise.
- Don't start a NAS or RAID rebuild.

Our workshop is in Milan. We accept devices from all of Lombardy and nearby areas, approximately 30 km beyond the regional border. You do not have to live in Milan to use our services.
For data recovery from hard drives, SSDs, NAS or RAID, bring the storage device to the workshop or send it by courier. If it is unreadable or makes unusual noises, switch it off and contact us before shipping for diagnostic and packaging instructions.
The customer pays outward and return shipping. For border towns or places not listed, confirm arrangements before shipping. Computer home visits are available in Milan and its hinterland.
